The first thing you need to do before booking a shoot with me is to fill out either the
Booking Form
or the
Travel Form. Once you fill this out and send it to me I will get back to you with the dates I have
available. Then you may go to the
Secure Payment page to make your deposit to reserve your date.
To reserve your photo session a nonrefundable retainer is required and will be applied toward your session. The Deposit is 1/2 of the price of a photoshoot. No exceptions. The remaining balance will be due at the time of the photoshoot before the photoshoot begins. For photoshoots where I travel out of San Diego and to you, the full amount of the shoot is due two weeks prier to the shoot. I accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders. If you pay by personal check, you will receive your proofs once your check clears. No photos will be touched up until your payment is in full and cleared.
All payments should be made payable to:

Rescheduling must be arranged at least 72 hours prior to the photoshoot. In the event you contact me to reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, you forfeit your deposit. The photoshoot must be rescheduled for a date no more than 60 days after the original date. Cancellations are subject to loss of your nonrefundable deposit. No exceptions.
Delivery of the finished product takes 3-4 weeks. I know some photographers have pictures done sooner but I invest alot of time
into my pictures and I have a very busy schedule. Aside from running a photography business I run
Gloom Magazine,
Gloom Nation,
a stationery company and
design firm.
I also write and illustrate books under the pen name
Tallahassee Grimstone.
I realize there are tons photographers out there and I truely appreciate your interest in working with me!
Thank you,
-Brian
